Open Question: How do I stay relaxed while I think my husband is cheating?
I know this is a strange question, but I’m 38 weeks pregnant and I know that this crying and stress is not good for me or the baby. I need some ideas to keep my mind off of this infidelity until after the baby is born and I can decide if/how I want to divorce my husband.

Background Info:
-Three months ago, I found a text from my husband’s female coworker that had a naked photo of the coworker. My husband had saved the photo and given her a special ringtone. He denied for 2 weeks that it was her until we had a big fight. He said it wasn’t important and he wasn’t interested in her.
-After finding the photo, I became suspicious (especially since he didn’t own up to it) and started checking his phone records. More and more, he started calling and texting the coworker. At first, he tried to say she just texts him b/c he’s her boss but eventually he said they were friends. He said she’s a lesbian though her FB profile says she’s bisexual. During this time, we also went to counseling and things got better. I stopped checking his phone records hoping I could trust him.
-Two weeks ago, he received a phone call from a friend asking for some help. I was suspicious b/c I could tell the call was not real. He left the house, and I checked the records. There was no phone call from his friend, but as soon as he left the house he called and texted the coworker 7 times. Her FB profile said she was at a bar he used to work at with her coworkers. When I asked him where he was, he blew up and threatened divorce if I called anyone to confirm his whereabouts. Every time, I mention it, he gets extremely defensive and mentions divorce. The following week he bought a new cell phone whose records I cannot check, though he swears he does not talk to the coworker anymore b/c I told him it was inappropriate.
-Last night, I started to go crazy with pregnancy hormones and the need to know for sure. I looked in his wallet and found 3 condoms (we’re married and pregnant and not using protection since we are supposedly in a safe and monogamous relationship) in each fold of the wallet.

I’m 90% sure my husband cheated and may still be cheating, but my family says I need to focus on me until I am in a healthier position to make a decision. How to stay relaxed?
There seems to be some question about my sex life during the pregnancy. Except for the first two-three months of morning sickness, my husband and I had sex at least 4 times a week during the entire pregnancy. On the day when he left to see his “friend,” we had had sex 3 times and I was 36 weeks pregnant. He had plenty of sex and love in our marriage.
