Open Question: Have someone ever bought a person to small claims court in CT for not paying a cell phone bill? What happen?

I am Sikh Punjabi and he is Pakistani boy
He is junior in college and I’m sophomore in college.
I am the only indian girl on his FB list rest are 100 boys and he only add guys?
He clicked like on my entire prom album not every picture but the whole album. On that same day I like only 2 pics of his?
He gave me his number when I asked him and I gave him mine but he did not ask .
I asked him why don’t have that many girls on FB he said he does not need girls? But I said why did u add me. I said I am your friend right….he said yea. I also asked him does he like chatting with me he said yea.
We were in same class in HS but not friends. I send him a FB request.
I wished him HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Have a great one. He wrote thanks on his wall? that was the only time he commented back.
When it was Diwali. he wished me online and I said same to you…happy diwali.
So when it was EID he posted it on his status. Then I send him a message on FB. Eid mubarak and he said same to u eid mubarak.
On the first of college I saw him while I was going to my class. I waved at him and said Hi. He just smile walking down the hallway with his guy friend.
The next month I saw him with my guy friend in cafe they were buying lunch. I did not see them until my guy friend said my name.But this guy just said wat’s up to me and smiled. I said Hi and waved at him. when I was in the library I speed walk by one room I saw him with his friends. I smiled at him. He smiled back.If I comment on his wall he does not comment back or delete those comments but leaves it? I just send him a message on FB to ask him what time should I call him tmr. He said he only messages girls and not talk with them on phone. I said to him don’t be shy from me. I said I used to be shy from you lol. I feel like you don’t like me and don’t want to be my friend. Then he said no it’s not and I am not shy

2 weeks ago I was driving on the highway to go college I think he saw me driving. he was driving fast.Then I send him message on FB. lolll I saw you today…you were driving fast. Were u getting late for ur class. After that I txted him on his cell and asked him did you get my message on FB. he said yea and he replied to the message. That’s just how I drive. After 1 hr he texted me on my cell wat car was I driving? I told him toyota camry. I said don’t you drive one too. He said yea and that was you? Just be careful cause there was a cop. Then I replied back to him.Thanks I will cya good night.

2 weeks ago I send him a text. I said Hey what’s up. He repiled back said going to work and you? I said I got out of psychology class so, I send him a text do you buy book at library or online… He replied back at the library. Then I send him a txt are you still at work. He reply back I went there for little while. I said that I saw this nice car, he replied which one. Then I txt him blue mercedes.Now I don’t see him in college because he leaves at noon when his classes finishes. I messaged him about 2 months ago that we should HANGOUT in college sometimes he did not reply back.Why am I the only girl on his list. Yesterday he upload on fb this bmw m3 coupe car pic and I click like on his pics. After that I uploaded my favorite cadillac v coupe car pic. he click like on it??? Open Question: I want to buy a cell phone from somebody, but would i need to let ATT know about this?
I want to buy a blackberry curve 8310 from somebody on craigslist. The blackberry is an ATT phone. I also have ATT. i want a new phone because i bought a phone from att but i basically got screwed up and i cant get a new phone (for cheap) until my contract expires. I plan on leaving those bastards.
Anyways i went to get that blackberry. I want to know if taking the sim card off my current phone and putting it on that blackberry, will the blackberry work, or would i need to call those bastards to activate my phone?

I have my own job and lots of money and my cell phone does not work. it is some cheap thing i have had for years. my mom is getting mad at me for asking to buy an iphone with my own money when i can afford it and am a responsible 15 year old.
I also pay thirty bucks a month for the plan and am willing to pay for the phone as well, which seems pretty reasonable to me.

I dunno about you, but I liked riding my bike over to my friends house and banging on their window to see if they were home.

I liked going to music stores and browsing through casettes and VHS tapes, they’re pretty much all out of business in my city

I liked going to the video store and browsing

I remember when you’d stay out to late with a friend or friends and your parents would be worried.

I actually recently watched a VHS recently and got really nostalgiac, all the previews before the movie starts, the fuzzy quality, and seeing all the previews saying “coming soon to own on video”

I remember walking up and knocking on the door
Now everyone just texts

I’ve tried giving up my cell phone and internet
But sadly, just about everyone all my friends and family use them so it’s really hard to not use them when everyone around you does
And I need internet for my job and my college, I have to turn assignments in online, check my work and school email, etc.

Theres really no excitement anymore, wanna listen to music? just download it. I remember back in the late 80s/ early 90s at a music store where they had a listening station with big headphones and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I hate having all of it really convenient, back then you had the radio or you went to the store and bought a cd, and if you wanted to sample a song, you did so at the listening station in the store.
Why go to the video store when you can either netflix it or download/torrent it?
Why get out of your car and knock on the door when you can just text?

I remember just sitting aorund talking to friends, sometimes really weird stuff, but it was enjoyable. Now everyone has pathetic text conversations

Really? It’s so pathetic. When my family and friends texts me like that, I flat out tell them if you have something to tell me, just tell me, Im not going to have a conversation about nothing with you for an hour. It’s annoying and stupid.

I miss life before internet and cells, you can go ahead and call me crazy if you’d like.

Open Question: Any signs show that he likes me? CONFUSED?
I am indian Punjabi and he is Pakistani boy
He is junior in college and I’m sophomore in college.
I am the only indian girl on his FB list rest are 100 boys.
He clicked like on my entire prom album not every picture but the whole album. On that same day I like only 2 pics of his? Do u think he really like my pics?
He gave me his number when I asked him and I gave him mine but he did not ask .
I asked him why don’t have that many girls on FB he said he does not need girls? But I said why did u add me. I said I am your friend right….he said yea. I also asked him does he like chatting with me he said yea.

In the summer we chatted at 1 or 2 hours at 2:00am we did that twice.

I saw him with my guy friend in cafe they were buying lunch. I did not see them until my guy friend said my name.But this guy just said wat’s up to me and smiled. I said Hi and waved at him. when I was in the library I speed walk by one room I saw him with his friends. I smiled at him. He smiled back.If I comment on his wall he does not comment back or delete those comments but leaves it? I just send him a message on FB to ask him what time should I call him tmr. 2 weeks ago I was driving on the highway to go college I think he saw me driving. he was driving fast.Then I send him message on FB. lolll I saw you today…you were driving fast. Were u getting late for ur class. After that I txted him on his cell and asked him did you get my message on FB. he said yea and he replied to the message. That’s just how I drive. After 1 hr he texted me on my cell wat car was I driving? I told him toyota camry. I said don’t you drive one too. He said yea and that was you? Just be careful cause there was a cop. Im 18 years old my aunt sent me a laptop for Christmas as a gift my step dad bought me an Xbox and games when I was 17 as gift for getting good grades in school. They got mad at me cut my cell phone off and while I was at school my mom took my laptop and Xbox out of my room when I got home they took my house key away from me. Yesterday they took my cable box out of my room. They can keep the cable box and leave my cell phone cut off but isn’t that stealing when they come into my room and take things away that we’re givien to me as a gift?. Can they take away my house key and I still live at the same address as them?.

let me say first my mom never hits me i want to be clear on that.look me and my bother got into a fight at mcdonalds we threw ketchup on each other.im older im 15 he is 13. i got some ketchup on some woman clothes and my mom had to reinburst her for the damage. my mom freak out on me told me i was a immature baby and my brother to in front of people in mcdonlads. Leaving mcdonalds she told us that she should get us some pacifers and some pampers and a playpen. people were looking at me. like she was right. she took away my x box my i pod and cell i cant go out on weekends now. on the car ride home she is yelling at us telling us when she goes to wallmart she should buy us a crib and stuff.telling me we made her look like a bad mother shes being a total bitch to me.

Can i turn her into CPS for abuse saying those things to me? isnt it slander or something saying lies about someone. saying i need pampers and making me look bad in public.For the record he started it my brother not me. its not fair shes doing this. she took away my games i pod my cell phone and i cant go out now cause of that bitch. now she wont let me take drivers ed. she say im to immature to drive. cant cps make her a better mom or just tell her to chill out.. sincerely matt

Hi there my parents own a theater in Italy and lately have had a large number of complaints and issues with people talking on cell phones during performances.While looking for solutions to this problem I came across an article about Cell Phone/ RF jammers. I have been researching laws and in Italy they are perfectly legal. In my Google searches I have found many websites selling these items but most of them give me a sketchy vibe from their poor design or no SSL certifications. Does anyone know of a REAL, official website or a place in Italy where my parents could purchase a cell phone jammer? Can anyone vouch for a certain site from their personal experience ?

Open Question: Amazon sent me two of the same items who is responsible for paying the seller?
I ordered an item off of Amazon paid with gift card….Got home and I have two of the same items (shipped from the company that sells the product)…..packing slips both have bill to (not the person i bought it from off of Amazon) and ship to my address.I called the company.they said to call Amazon .Amazon told me to contact the person I bought it from(they had no phone number on file) via email and tell them what happen> and they sent me a link to contact them…..Keep in mind the seller had no contact with me not even thanking me for purchase or giving me tracking info on shipping…
What would you do? And who is responsible since I only paid for 1.And got 2 from different people and not the person I bought it from..And they bought from the company and sent it to me.

Open Question: Looking for advice international mobile plans?
I am looking for the best plan for international texting and calling to Japan. Mainly to a mobile. I know there are better or unlimited rates for landlines. So far T-mobile seem to have a decent deal if i get there unlimited plan for 50 a month and add 10 for international services i can get i am guessing unlimited text to japan and landlines calls and .25c a min to mobile.
Is there a specify mobile carrier in Japan that they must have? or Are there any other plans out there better then this.
I am also looking into buying the smartphone LG optmius T with google if i get this plan from t-mobile does anyone know of there are any retailer’s out there that sell the phone in store?

Open Question: im confused? does he like me?
I am Punjabi and he is Pakistani boy
He is junior in college and I’m sophomore in college.
I am the only indian girl on his FB list rest are 100 boys.
He clicked like on my entire prom album not every picture but the whole album.
He gave me his number when I asked him and I gave him mine but he did not ask .
I asked him why don’t have that many girls on FB he said he does not need girls? But I said why did u add me. I said I am your friend right….he said yea. I also asked him does he like chatting with me he said yea.
We were in same class in HS but not friends. I send him a FB request.
I wished him HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Have a great one. He wrote thanks on his wall? that was the only time he commented back.
When it was Diwali. he wished me online and I said same to you…happy diwali.
So when it was EID he posted it on his status. Then I send him a message on FB. Eid mubarak and he said same to u eid mubarak.
On the first of college I saw him while I was going to my class. I waved at him and said Hi. He just smile walking down the hallway with his guy friend.
In the summer one day he saw me on fb at 3:00 am. Ask me what am I doing up? I said not sleeping yet, then he signed off
In the summer we chatted at 1 or 2 hours at 2:00am we did that twice.

After 1 hr he texted me on my cell wat car was I driving? I told him toyota camry. I said don’t you drive one too. He said yea and that was you? Just be careful cause there was a cop. Open Question: If I buy an unlocked cell phone, will I able to use that phone as an upgrade?
I have had an upgrade for Verizon for quite some time. I was thinking about buying an unlocked phone from either Best Buy or Amazon, but I wanted to know if I can use that phone to be applied as the upgrade on Verizon. To be more clear on what an upgrade is, it’s when a 2-year contract expires and you’re able to finally change your phone. The phone that I am thinking of getting is the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx (Comes out next week and is a Verizon phone) or the Sony Xperia S (the unlocked phone), which will release some time in March or April. I am willing to wait for either phone. The more detailed the answer, the more I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Open Question: Bought gift vouchers for a shop that has since closed down?
I bought my mother £40 worth of vouchers for a Fish Spa in CArlisle (cumbria)
She went to go and use them, and the shop has gone. I reied calling the phone number (mobile) that was listed and it is no longer active.
What can i do? I paid cash, so i have no backup from a credit card company.
It’s the YoKo fish spa, a small franchise i bleieve. They have stores about 2 hours drive away from me, but i can’t see my mother driving all that way for some feet fish.

Open Question: Memory Card Unreadable On Phone and Will not even Appear on Computer Once Inserted Into a Memory Card Reader!!?
Two years ago after my old phone was damaged, I stored my memory card away in my drawer in it’s container. Recently, I bought a new phone (very delayed) and decided to insert the memory card. It immediately rejected it… I borrowed a friend’s memory card reader and it will not even open the card or show up under my devices. Is it possible because I had not used it for so long that it stopped working? And how can I recover my lost and very precious data when it will not open up on any device? Thank you in advance.

Open Question: help with my micro sd card?
I am going to be buying a camera tomorrow for the trip i will be going on in a few weeks. I currently have a micro sd card that i use in my cell phone and i would like to be able to use it for my camera too. I dont have the micro sd – sd card adapter as it did not come with my micro sd card. I was wondering if i need the specific adapter for my micro sd card (mine is a sandisk 16gb class 4 micro sd) or if i can use any kind of adapter. If someone could answer my question and possibly give me a link to something that could solve it (hopefully cheap) and a location i could buy it that would be wonderful

On the first of college I saw him while I was going to my class. I waved at him and said Hi. He just smile walking down the hallway with his guy friend.
In the summer one day he saw me on fb at 3:00 am. Ask me what am I doing up? I said not sleeping yet, then he signed off
In the summer we chatted at 1 or 2 hours at 2:00am we did that twice.

I saw him with my guy friend in cafe they were buying lunch. I did not see them until my guy friend said my name.But this guy just said wat’s up to me and smiled. I said Hi and waved at him. when I was in the library I speed walk by one room I saw him with his friends. I smiled at him. He smiled back.If I comment on his wall he does not comment back or delete those comments but leaves it? I just send him a message on FB to ask him what time should I call him tmr. He said he only messages girls and not talk with them on phone. I said to him don’t be shy from me. I said I used to be shy from you lol. I feel like you don’t like me and don’t want to be my friend. Then he said no it’s not and I am not shy
1 week ago I was driving on the highway to go college I think he saw me driving. he was driving fast.Then I send him message on FB. lolll I saw you today…you were driving fast. Were u getting late for ur class. After that I txted him on his cell and asked him did you get my message on FB. he said yea and he replied to the message. That’s just how I drive. After 1 hr he texted me on my cell wat car was I driving? I told him toyota camry. I said don’t you drive one too. He said yea and that was you? Just be careful cause there was a cop. Then I replied back to him We’ll see eachother on highway sometimes lolll. Thanks I will cya good night.

2 days ago I send him a text at 10:45am I said Hey what’s up. He repiled back at 12:30 said going to work and you? I said I got out of psychology class so after 3 hrs I send him a text do you buy book at library or online… He replied back at the library. Then I send him a txt are you still at work. He reply back I went there for little while. I said that I saw this nice car, he replied which one. Then I txt him blue mercedes. TODAY AGAIN I SAW HIM ON HIGHWAY, HE WAS DRIVING FAST, HE CAME INFRONT OF MY CAR AND SPEED UP. Then I also speed up going behind his car.I DONT WANT ASK HIM THAT WE SHUD HANGOUT IN COLLEGE.because I did once on FB and he did not reply back. Now I don’t see him in college because he leaves at noon when his classes finishes. Why am I the only girl on his list. beside his cousin american ex-wife? he is on facebook mobile all the time and not fb chat.
